Parent Talk is Action for Children’s digital parenting support service. You’ll shape whole content journeys, set standards, influence ways of working and help teams across the charity produce content that meets user needs and organisational goals. The subject matter covered by Parent Talk can be complex, personal and sensitive. You’ll regularly pair‑write with parent coaches and so this role requires listening, care, judgement and professionalism when shaping content together. Qualifications - Relevant experience of major donor fundraising with an excellent track record of initiating new relationships and securing significant financial gifts. - Proven experience of developing, networking, and enhancing donor relationships. - Manage a complex pool of prospects and donors. - Experience of leading, inspiring and line managing fundraisers. - Developing effective working relationships across an organisation, including senior staff and volunteers. - A professional and enterprising solutions-focused approach. - Clear, concise written communication skills. - Travel throughout the UK is necessary in this role. Requirements - Frequent travel to London will be required. - Contract: Permanent – 35 hours per week.
