Role Description We’re looking for an Email Channel Manager to take ownership of our email campaigns. Working with the Social Media Manager, Analytics Manager, and our Creative and Marketing Team, you’ll help plan and design email extensions to campaigns, audience and list segmentation, testing methodology, build and manage nurture customer retention and acquisition sequences, follow-ups, and monthly emails in ActiveCampaign, working with provided copy and designs. You’ll be invited to contribute your thoughts on content and execution strategy. Your focus will be on execution, automation, and improving performance. Key Responsibilities - Build, launch, and manage customer email acquisition, nurture/retention and win-back sequences, campaign extensions and follow-ups, and monthly email campaigns. - Design and implement automated workflows within ActiveCampaign. - Manage and optimise ActiveCampaign CRM (Deals module), including pipeline setup and maintenance. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign strategy, testing and optimisation, segmentation, and targeting. - Monitor and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability) and continuously optimise for results. - Ensure email deliverability best practices and compliance standards are met. - Maintain clean, organised, and segmented contact lists. Qualifications - Proven experience managing email marketing campaigns end-to-end. - Strong hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign (automation, CRM/Deals, segmentation). - Experience building and optimising email nurture flows and lifecycle campaigns. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data. - Strong attention to detail and ability to execute with minimal supervision. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have - Experience working with health, SaaS, or startup environments. - Familiarity with email deliverability and compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). - Basic understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing. What Success Looks Like - Fully functional and optimized email nurture systems. - Improved engagement and conversion rates across campaigns. - Well-structured and efficient CRM pipeline within ActiveCampaign.
