• Partner with AEs across the sales cycle; lead the technical conversation from first call to close • Run discovery sessions with operational and technical stakeholders • Map customer workflows on the Duvo platform • Size the value; build defensible business cases • Design pilot scope; demo Duvo against real customer scenarios • Build POCs and prototypes when needed • Own technical responses to RFPs and security questionnaires • Push back on bad scope • Hand over to FDEs cleanly • Feed signal from the field back to Product, Marketing, and Sales
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles where you've shaped and won real deals
- Likely backgrounds in pre-sales / sales engineering / solutions engineering at AI-first or automation company; forward-deployed or applied AI engineering; technical consulting on AI or automation deals; product or operations roles pitching AI-powered solutions to enterprise buyers
- Retail, e-commerce, or CPG background is a strong plus
- Hands-on with modern AI tooling: LLMs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, evals, MCP, retrieval
- Strong systems thinking
- Comfortable in code-adjacent territory: SQL, Python or JS scripting, APIs, JSON, webhooks, light data work
- Familiarity with ERPs and enterprise stacks is a plus
- Strong commercial instinct
- Sharp communicator and presenter; fluent in English, with German or other European languages as a strong plus

You will work closely with the Low Code Business Development team and wider pre-sales teams to promote Low Code and Dynamics to existing and potential customers, partners and industry bodies.
