Job Description

Technical Sales Specialist, Chromatography

• Work in a strong collaboration with Upstream Technical Sales Specialists • Promote the organization's downstream purification products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range or key account to achieve sales and revenue targets • Actively use SFDC to manage and document leads and opportunities, all customer interactions and sales activities ensuring that all customer and opportunity information is up-to-date and accurately entered in the CRM system • Achieve Advanced Therapy Solutions product / product group Spec Win targets • Actively design Advanced Therapy Solutions products and services in the (pre) clinical to commercial manufacturing process of cell/gene-therapy and DNA/RNA therapeutics • Develop and execute a territory growth plan with a high focus of hunting new business • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities using strategic planning and available resources • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders, including scientists, researchers, and executives • Collaborate across teams to grow shared accounts and increase overall company sales • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge • Travel up to 50% within the territory to engage customers, advance opportunities, and support marketing initiatives and attend trade shows

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
  • 3+ years’ experience in the cell & gene therapy market, with preferable laboratory / process-based experience using Monolith chromatography and TFF
  • 1+ years of customer‑facing experience; prior sales or public‑speaking experience considered beneficial
  • Practical experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and/or other CRM systems

Position Summary The Regional Sales Advisor is responsible for driving membership sales performance and retention across an assigned region.
