• Own and consistently achieve/exceed annual sales quotas across enterprise accounts • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including prospecting, solutioning, negotiation, and closure • Identify and build large, strategic deals focused on Agentic AI, CCaaS, and digital CX transformation • Develop and execute account strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder global accounts • Build and maintain strong C-level and senior executive relationships • Position AI-led automation, virtual agents, and customer experience transformation solutions aligned to client business outcomes • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, delivery, partners) to ensure solution fit and successful implementation • Expand existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and enterprise-wide agreements • Lead virtual global account teams to drive coordinated execution • Stay ahead of market trends in Agentic AI, GenAI, automation, and CX technologies

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience (mandatory), with a strong track record of quota achievement
  • Proven experience selling Agentic AI / Generative AI / Conversational AI / CCaaS solutions into large enterprises
  • Strong hunter mindset with ability to open new logos and grow strategic accounts
  • Experience managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar deals
  • Deep understanding of CX transformation, automation, and SaaS platforms
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, especially at CXO / VP level
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a matrixed global organization and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • High ownership, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
