THE OPPORTUNITY As Senior Manager, Brand Marketing (Menu Innovation), you’ll help shape the future of Chipotle’s core menu. This high‑impact role leads the end‑to‑end innovation pipeline—from consumer insight and concept development through launch—working closely with culinary, supply chain, operations, and executive leaders on business continuity, quality optimization, and supplier diversification. You’ll drive menu strategies that fuel growth, elevate quality, and strengthen brand relevance, while building and leading a talented team to bring bold ideas to life. LOCATION This position will be based in our Newport Beach, CA office 4 days per week (with work from home on Friday). Remote work is not available for this role. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Assess and activate new menu opportunities through the continuous evaluation of the competitive landscape, consumer insights, new food trends, and culture. - Faciliate the design, visibility, and prioritization of a large scope of core menu initiatives with executive leaders according to their consumer, financial, and operational opportunity size and risk profile. - Create insights-driven product development briefs to guide the creation and launch of new products in partnership with Chipotle’s culinary team. - Design go-to-market launch strategies and timelines, guiding product development from concept to validations to launch, including cross-functional coordination to ensure flawless consumer experience. - Facilitate closely with Product Development & Commercialization (PD&C), Supply Chain, FSQA, R&D/Culinary, Consumer Insights, Finance and Restaurant Operations from menu ideation to planning and execution. - Brief and lead internal and external communications partners across traditional ad agencies, experiential, social media, and digital teams to create high-impact go-to-market plans. - Develop and optimize emerging portfolios such as group occasions and digital sales channels. - Build a core menu team alongside the Director, Brand Marketing with 1-2 direct reports. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE - Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing or Business required. - MBA preferred. - 6-8 Years of brand marketing experience required for this role; including supervisory experience - Brand Management experience in CPG products, Lifestyle or Food industries with a demonstrated ability to design and launch key initiatives at a consumer-centric organization. - Ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams and facilitate and drive alignment across competing and time-sensitive priorities. - High level of executive presence, business acumen and presentation skills. - Successful track record for launching or innovating products and matching and setting scalable standards for a growing brand. PAY TRANSPARENCY A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $150,000.00–$222,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
