Sales Executive – Environmental & Hygiene Testing Services

SGS

• Sales of concrete environmental and hygiene solutions to meet legal requirements (e.g., hygiene and drinking water testing, customized testing and monitoring concepts for industry, the real estate sector, and public clients) • Supporting customers in risk minimization and sustainable practices • Active new customer acquisition in the Berlin area and the New Federal States, with focus on closing deals, expansion and customer retention • End-to-end responsibility for the sales funnel from lead qualification to contract negotiation • Strategic expansion of the customer portfolio through structured market development and opportunity management • Positioning SGS as a quality and compliance partner at trade fairs, industry conferences and sector events • Documenting and managing all sales activities in Salesforce (CRM)

Job Requirements

  • Several years of sales experience, ideally in environmental, water, hygiene, laboratory, or technical services
  • Proven strength in new customer acquisition and closing deals
  • Enjoy working with laboratories and operational units
  • Class B driving license and residence in the sales territory
  • Willingness to travel within the region (including multi-day assignments)
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1 level)
