Circana
• Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success. • Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in CPG to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor. • Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals. • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers. • Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Liquid AI) to support client engagement and solutions delivery. • Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value. • Advanced Analytic & Storytelling Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses in a story, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of Circana-oriented CPG syndicated market research experience
- Strong expertise in Point-of-Sale (POS), Consumer Panel, and Syndicated Data
- Experience with syndicated data tools (Circana/NielsenIQ/Numerator, etc.) is required
- Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for brand and marketing teams
- Strong communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive “go-getter” who is excited to develop their career through effort and positivity
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and structuring recommendations with limited information
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field

Role Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Soft Surface Territory Manager. The territory for this position consists of Inland Empire and Palm Springs/Desert California area. The Territory Manager is responsible for using their knowledge of company products to expand the base of accounts, grow sales, and meet customer needs in the region. The Territory Manager will develop and implement a territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field. - Selling Stanton Soft surface flooring brands. - Increasing business and sales for existing accounts and developing new ones. - Weekly travel throughout the territory (up to 4-5 days of overnight travel per month). - Strong and proven ability to sell and close deals on displays, samples, rolls, advertising, balanced with great and timely service. - Proven ability to foster meaningful, long-term business relationships. - Identify and develop nontraditional opportunities for sales. - Report to Regional sales manager who will work closely with you to train you and help you to achieve your goals. - Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. - Possess in-depth product knowledge. - Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. - Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports. - CRM adoption to manage territory. - Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. - Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. - Continuously improve through feedback.
