Role Description You are a detective investigating client web analytics data to shape our understanding of what is happening on their website. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who’s eager to learn, dependable, and comfortable working with data and tools across the funnel. Qualifications - Google Sheets: Strong working knowledge. - English Communication: Fluent in spoken and written English. - Learning: Quick learner who can adapt to a wide range of client tools. - Data Literacy: Strong understanding of how data works and high attention to detail. Requirements - Data Analysis: Study client website data and create reports using Google Sheets, Analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics 4), CRM Tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.). - Data Issue Analysis: Detect data anomalies and find root causes. - Requirements Gathering: Communicate with project managers to adjust key reports tailored to specific client needs. - Organization: Maintain a database of reports to ensure up-to-date documentation. - Opportunity Spotting: Use data analysis to find the best opportunities on the client page for A/B testing.
