Role Description We are seeking an experienced BIM Technician with strong Archicad expertise to join a growing design and development team. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Design Director. You will be responsible for producing detailed 3D BIM models across a range of local and international projects, supporting the broader design and consultant team. The organization is focused on advancing the use of BIM and 3D modelling as a core part of its design and delivery process—ensuring accurate coordination across architectural and engineering disciplines and improving constructability outcomes throughout the project lifecycle. You will play a key role in developing and coordinating the Archicad models that integrate architectural design with structural, MEP, façade, etc. to identify clashes, coordination issues, and buildability risks early in the design process. Critically, this process allows us to gain an intimate understanding of the broader consultant teams documentation, and will allow you to assist in detailed markups back to the consultants to align documentation with intent.
