This role leads design and development efforts end-to-end-partnering with business leaders and IT to deliver secure, scalable automations and AI-powered experiences. You'll also mentor other developers and help drive platform standards, ALM practices, and governance across the organization. Key Responsibilities (Senior Level) Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership - Lead solution design and provide technical direction for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio implementations. - Own architecture decisions around Dataverse, integrations, security model, environment strategy, and performance. - Define patterns for reusable components, shared libraries, and scalable solution structures. Power Apps Development & Ownership - Build and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps with strong UX, maintainability, and performance standards. - Implement role-based experiences, validations, and enterprise-grade error handling/logging patterns. - Review and optimize Power Fx logic, data access patterns, delegation, and app performance. Power Automate Automation Engineering - Develop complex workflows: approvals, exception handling, orchestration, retries, and robust operational monitoring. - Design integration automations across Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, and external systems via connectors/custom connectors. - Establish flow standards and operational support procedures (runbook, alerting, ownership, SLAs where applicable). Copilot Studio Agent Development - Design, build, test, and manage Copilot Studio agents aligned to business processes and user needs. - Implement actions and orchestration using Power Automate, structured knowledge sources, and governed data access. - Tune conversation flows and agent behavior for accuracy, usability, and safe enterprise adoption. Required Qualifications (Senior) - 5-8+ years delivering business applications/automation solutions, with 3-5+ years in Microsoft Power Platform. - Demonstrated experience delivering multiple production solutions using: - Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven) - Power Automate (complex cloud flows) - Copilot Studio agents (enterprise use cases) - Strong experience with Dataverse (data modeling, security roles, relationships, business rules). - Experience with enterprise integrations (standard connectors; ideally custom connectors / APIs). - Proven ability to lead technical design, drive standards, and deliver with minimal supervision. - Strong stakeholder management skills-able to communicate tradeoffs, risks, and options clearly. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Design Director. You will be responsible for producing detailed 3D BIM models across a range of local and international projects, supporting the broader design and consultant team. The organization is focused on advancing the use of BIM and 3D modelling as a core part of its design and delivery process—ensuring accurate coordination across architectural and engineering disciplines and improving constructability outcomes throughout the project lifecycle. You will play a key role in developing and coordinating the Archicad models that integrate architectural design with structural, MEP, façade, etc. to identify clashes, coordination issues, and buildability risks early in the design process.
