• You support the planning, execution, and analysis of international CRM campaigns (e.g. newsletters and lifecycle flows) • You analyze CRM performance metrics (e.g. open rate, click rate, revenue) and derive initial insights • You help in building and optimizing automated customer lifecycle campaigns (e.g. welcome, post-purchase, win-back) • You support audience segmentation and campaign personalization • You collaborate closely with teams such as Webshop, and Graphic • You contribute your own ideas to improve CRM campaigns and processes
Job Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- You have a strong interest in E-Commerce and CRM/e-mail-marketing
- You have a solid analytical mindset and enjoy working with data
- You ideally have first experience with tools like Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools (e.g. Klaviyo)
- You work in a structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven way
- You are proactive, eager to learn, and show initiative
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team
- You are fluent in English and ideally bring additional language skills in Dutch and/or French

• The CRM Systems Manager at Sandstone Care is a service-oriented technologist embedded within the IT Department. • Responsible for the configuration, build, and continuous improvement of the platforms that power our Growth organization—Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CallTrackingMetrics (CTM), and Five9. • The day-to-day owner and primary administrator of the Business Development, Marketing, and Admissions technology stack. • Partnering daily with department leaders to translate business goals into scalable, sustainable solutions that drive client growth, improve client engagement, and support Sandstone Care’s mission to inspire and empower change. • Works hand-in-hand with the VP of IT, SVP of Marketing, and the SVP of Admissions, acting as a true business partner who reads between the lines, anticipates downstream impacts, and looks beyond the immediate ticket.
• Meet with clients to understand project goals and requirements for technology implementation • Schedule weekly project status calls and share detailed project plans with deliverables and deadlines • Run workshop sessions including journey mapping within online whiteboard tools and transfer outputs into process flow templates • Liaise with technology teams on integration requirements and facilitate communication with client stakeholders • Collaborate with clients to compile content and visual elements for implementation • Review client-provided content and recommend improvements based on platform capabilities • Configure client and journey-specific elements within the technology platform • Brief internal teams on journey builds or build approved journeys and content within the platform • Support testing, feedback cycles, and final edits prior to go-live • Create bespoke showcase journeys for training and internal engagement • Liaise with internal studio teams on design and content requirements, including quotations and deliverables • Deliver platform training and coaching to client project teams • Investigate and resolve platform-related questions and queries • Handover accounts to Account Managers post-implementation • Provide insights on additional journey opportunities and future roadmap planning • Track time accurately in project management tools against client and project codes • Establish and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets • Contribute to proposals, quotes, and project documentation • Schedule and lead project kickoff meetings and ongoing check-ins • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and remove project roadblocks • Validate deliverables for accuracy and quality • Communicate progress updates and deliver final project summaries to clients
