CRM Systems Manager

Sandstone Care

• The CRM Systems Manager at Sandstone Care is a service-oriented technologist embedded within the IT Department. • Responsible for the configuration, build, and continuous improvement of the platforms that power our Growth organization—Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CallTrackingMetrics (CTM), and Five9. • The day-to-day owner and primary administrator of the Business Development, Marketing, and Admissions technology stack. • Partnering daily with department leaders to translate business goals into scalable, sustainable solutions that drive client growth, improve client engagement, and support Sandstone Care’s mission to inspire and empower change. • Works hand-in-hand with the VP of IT, SVP of Marketing, and the SVP of Admissions, acting as a true business partner who reads between the lines, anticipates downstream impacts, and looks beyond the immediate ticket.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive Salesforce Administrator experience, with demonstrated growth into Senior Administrator, lead, or team-managing responsibilities
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator – ADM 201 is required
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator – ADM 211 is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM-adjacent platforms such as CallTrackingMetrics (CTM), Five9, or comparable contact-center / call-attribution tools is a strong plus; willingness to learn and own these systems is required
  • Other Salesforce Certifications (ie Process Automation, Platform App Builder) is preferred
  • Experience with API integrations is preferred
  • Hands-on experience administering and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud is required; exposure to or hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is strongly preferred
  • Must be able to work across multiple time zones
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Previous experience or general knowledge of behavioral health treatment providers is preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, etc.
