• Serve as the primary technical advisor for Cisco UCS and compute infrastructure engagements • Lead architecture design, discovery sessions, and technical workshops with clients • Design and deliver solutions across: Cisco UCS (B-Series, C-Series, X-Series) UCS Manager / Intersight • Fabric Interconnects and unified networking • Develop target-state architectures, migration strategies, and infrastructure roadmaps • Lead data center modernization initiatives , including: Legacy server and compute refresh • Virtualization platform integration (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix) • Converged and hyperconverged infrastructure alignment • Define and implement high availability, scalability, and performance optimization strategies • Provide oversight during deployment, configuration, and migration activities • Act as escalation point for complex compute, networking, and integration issues • Support pre-sales efforts , including solution design, SOW development, and client presentations • Produce high-quality architecture documentation, diagrams, and implementation guidance

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process. • Work directly with technical contacts from our customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions. • Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate our product's value proposition. • Create technical enablement resources that amplify our sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency. • Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently. • Identify opportunities to productise common integration patterns or features, and work with our product teams to make these real!

• Lead technical discovery/qualification with prospective customers to understand their 3D production pipeline, business goals, and automation needs. • Invent and present tailored solution architectures demonstrating how Substance 3D automation addresses customer requirements. • Build and deliver compelling demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and prototypes using our APIs for key accounts. • Work closely with Sales person and Technical Program Manager to translate customer requirements into clear, technically sound proposals. • Set realistic expectations early in the sales cycle, anticipating delivery constraints and flagging risks before closing. • Support customer-facing presentations, acting as the technical authority in the room. • Build positive relationships with technical and business partners at prospective and existing enterprise accounts. • Act as a bridge between customer needs and Adobe’s product, engineering, and technical artist teams. • Remain engaged post-sale as a technical participant, supporting smooth handoff to the TPgM and maintaining continuity of the customer relationship.
