This is a high-impact position at the intersection of Payroll and Finance, where your expertise in General Ledger reconciliation, and variance analysis directly drives accuracy, reporting integrity, and business decision-making. In this role, you will serve as the General Ledger subject matter expert for payroll accounting, with ownership of month-end close, payroll-to-GL reconciliations, and financial control validation. Variances are investigated and resolved at the root cause level, ensuring payroll data is accurate, fully reconciled, and audit-ready. Insights generated from this work directly support forecasting, budgeting, and payroll spend visibility across the organization. Beyond the numbers, the role extracts and analyzes payroll and financial data, builds and maintains payroll analytics and dashboards, and transforms complex data into clear, actionable insights that strengthen processes, improve accuracy, and enhance overall payroll accounting performance. In this high-visibility, cross-functional role, you'll support Finance, HR, HRIS, and operational leaders while operating with strong ownership, analytical rigor, and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure payroll financial data is not only accurate-but trusted.
