Change Order Contracts Analyst

• Analyze client requirements and existing system configurations to calculate the financial components of client contracts • Effectively manage the change order queue from initial request to final execution • Manage the input of study specifications within budget calculators • Analyze client requirements to calculate the financial components of client proposals • Prepare, edit and/or customize change orders to accurately reflect the changes in assumptions and budget summaries • Ensure change orders are consistent with pricing/financial terms outlined in customer master agreements and applicable change order template • Schedule and Lead the Change Order Alignment calls with the project team(s) • Actively communicate with the Project Team and Finance to support the timely and accurate delivery of change orders • Notify Legal Department of any customer changes to legal terms in draft Change Orders, incorporate feedback from Legal in next draft, and manage any back and forth with customer • Send fully approved Change Orders for signature and ensure fully executed Change Orders are saved appropriately • Perform other duties, assignments or special projects as needed.
Job Requirements
