Role Description As a Protocol Review Specialist, you'll conduct 20-minute consultative appointments with customers who've purchased our skin care and wellness products. Your mission? Guide them through personalized protocols that optimize their results, and their lives. - Walk customers step-by-step through science-backed wellness protocols tailored to the products they've purchased. - Identify when customers could benefit from additional supplements, products, or devices to support their beauty goals using a proven permission-based selling approach. - Generate a sale on 30%-40% of the appointments, with an average order value around 2X what the customer spent online. - Sell anywhere from $500 to $1,000 every day, depending on skill level and commitment to excellence. - Enjoy a calendar full of scheduled appointments, a beautifully designed and lightning fast CRM and Phone System, and the fulfilling work of helping people live their healthiest life. Qualifications - Genuine passion for skincare, health, and wellness. - Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Commitment to full-time work (40 hours/week, usually Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm CST with weekend appointments for added earning potential). - Commission-driven mindset motivated by performance-based unlimited earning potential. Requirements - Stable high-speed internet (40 Mbps+ upload and 40 Mbps+ download required). - Processing power and internet stability (Octane Speed 20,000+). - Backup system for power/internet outages (i.e. dedicated hotspot and power bank to last the entire day). - Reliable computer with working mic, camera, and noise-cancelling headset (Zoom-ready).
