Role Description As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will work with Creative’s highly qualified Salesforce Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions that utilize Salesforce platform best practices. We leverage SCRUM Agile methodology to iteratively develop and test Salesforce solutions. As Senior Developer, you will lead integrations using Web Services and APIs and lead data migration efforts from legacy applications. You will be responsible for Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components. Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests. Working with and supervising & assisting junior team members, to scope and implement complex business solutions. Follow coding standards and participate in architect code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed. Responsibilities - Participate in complete application life cycle from technical design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality Salesforce solutions using coding best practices. - Identify and recommend creative solutions to build extensions to the out-of-the-box capabilities of the platform. - Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources like architects, admins, configuration experts, and stakeholders regarding status, risks, and any technical issues. - Implement multiple AppExchange tools like NorthTeq, DocuSign, and others. - Develop Salesforce to on-prem solution integrations using APIs and Web Services. Ability to use MuleSoft and other integration tools. - Ability to work well with customers both individually as well as in a highly collaborative team. - Engage in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. - Provide mentoring and technical leadership to other team members. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com custom development including Lightning Design Systems, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Design System, Lighting Components, etc. - Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required) and Platform Developer II (Preferred). - Specialized Consultant Certifications like Sales, Service, or Community (Preferred). - Understanding of object-oriented programming principles, data structures, data modeling, design patterns, relational database systems, and operating systems. - Desired experience with CI/CD process for automated deployments using Repositories like GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab’s along with Salesforce DX. - Desired experience on Version Control Systems like Git or SVN with CI deployment tools like Bamboo or Jenkins. - Ability to debug and resolve the technical bugs/issues. - Experience on integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using web services like SOAP or REST API with oAuth. Requirements - Develop server-side logic in APEX (triggers, classes, async / Queueable / Batch / Scheduled, Platform Events). - Build modern UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura where required, with responsive design. - Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations: Apex REST/SOAP services, Connected Apps, Named Credentials, Platform Events, and outbound callouts. - Experience Cloud development depth: LWR / Aura templates, branding, theming, Audience targeting, guest-user security, custom login flows. - Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, validation rules, custom metadata types, custom permissions, sharing rules, and Lightning App Builder. - Solid understanding of Salesforce security model — profiles, permission sets, FLS, sharing rules. Education Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• A successful senior developer will have a strong set of core skills that are transferable across various functions, departments, and tools. • The incumbent will lead the design, build, test, and deploy a spectrum of innovative solutions across all regions of Intermountain Health to drive process improvement and contribute to the organization's success. • Candidates should be prepared to collaborate with peers, participate in project development, and engage with business and clinical partners to deliver high-quality, scalable, and outcomes-focused products. • The position holder will design, develop, document, and test simple to moderately complex solutions. • They will build stable reusable software components requiring custom code (may be low code/no code), back-end, and UI integrations. • The senior developer creates and deploys responsible, trustworthy, and secure products. • They coordinate work with external service vendors and third parties to resolve concerns and issues vital to the integration of their solutions into Intermountain’s technical and cultural ecosystem.

• Mentor and manage a team of Salesforce engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and coaching • Support career growth and performance, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, high-trust team culture • Optimize delivery for Salesforce initiatives across Salesforce ecosystem, managing risks, dependencies, capacity, and stakeholder communication • Guide technical approach for your team, enabling engineers to deliver consistent value • Drive engineering best practices (quality, testing, security, scalability), reducing technical debt and improving CI/CD and releases • Use data and metrics to improve predictability, quality, and team effectiveness • Continuously improve engineering workflows and development practices

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. • Independently manage multiple solution efforts in conjunction with Project Management to ensure all parties are informed of progress and on-time delivery. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, desired improvements and translate them into effective technical solutions. • Conduct technical analysis to provide right design solutions leveraging OOB capabilities as appropriate. • Design and optimize data models to support business requirements. • Facilitate design reviews with the stakeholders, refining requirements and ensuring alignment between desired outcomes and technical implementation. • Properly segment user stories into work items that conform to an agile development model and can be actioned by developers and/or admins within a scrum/sprint model. • Facilitate development by answering questions, providing demos, and supporting QA team members in understanding the overall solution approach to ensure business acceptance. • Help maintain overall documentation of solution designs, adhering to set team standards. • Technically capable to develop SF configurations like flows, security config, etc. for proof-of-concept work. • Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices. • Additional duties assigned by the manager, consistent with the scope and seniority of the role.
