Role Description Sizanid Staffing is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance department and drive the company’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. This leadership role is crucial in ensuring financial stability, compliance, and supporting the company’s growth objectives. - Develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with the company’s business goals. - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting activities at the organizational level. - Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance their skills and performance. - Collaborate closely with other department heads including Sales, Operations, and Marketing to provide financial insights and support decision-making. - Monitor cash flow, capital expenditures, and investment activities to optimize resource allocation. - Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior leadership and stakeholders. - Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and controls to increase efficiency and accuracy. - Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA highly preferred. - 10+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. - Proven track record of leading finance teams and driving organizational financial performance. - Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills. - Experience with financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence business decisions. - Strong knowledge of industry best practices, financial regulations, and risk management. - Experience in staffing, recruitment, or related industries is a plus. SUMMARY Responsible for supporting the manager in billing optimization, fee agreement compliance, revenue recognition, financial controls, and data integrity.
