• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance software systems that support Evident Change’s mission • Lead design discussions and provide architectural guidance across complex application development efforts • Conduct and lead code reviews, offering constructive feedback and enforcing coding standards and best practices • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, supporting skill development and technical growth • Evaluate and recommend tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and system performance • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications • Build RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js • Model, query, and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL) • Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing • Participate in agile rituals (with a lean approach) and architecture discussions • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Evolve and maintain APIs in ASP.NET Core (controllers, middleware, dependency injection, configuration, request pipeline). • Develop HTTP integrations with partners/external services (JSON contracts, error handling, resilience). • Maintain and enhance WinForms modules (UI/screens, event handling, performance, and stability). • Implement data access using Dapper / Dapper.Contrib with SQL Server and PostgreSQL. • Ensure observability and diagnostics (logging with Serilog, NLog; troubleshooting and fixes). • Write and maintain automated tests and support test quality/coverage. • Participate in code reviews, refactorings, and technical decisions (continuous improvement).

• Support the identification, operationalization, and measurement of sales programs targeting new revenue and attrition risk. • Partner closely with aligned EMEA and APAC sales and renewals teams, serving as a reliable resource and point of contact. • Build reports and dashboards to track program performance and surface insights for senior leadership. • Assist in preparing executive-ready presentations summarizing program impact, successes, and opportunities. • Contribute to cross-functional projects representing the Success Plans team and help drive strategy forward. • Navigate time zone complexity and regional nuance to effectively support globally distributed teams.
