• Evolve and maintain APIs in ASP.NET Core (controllers, middleware, dependency injection, configuration, request pipeline). • Develop HTTP integrations with partners/external services (JSON contracts, error handling, resilience). • Maintain and enhance WinForms modules (UI/screens, event handling, performance, and stability). • Implement data access using Dapper / Dapper.Contrib with SQL Server and PostgreSQL. • Ensure observability and diagnostics (logging with Serilog, NLog; troubleshooting and fixes). • Write and maintain automated tests and support test quality/coverage. • Participate in code reviews, refactorings, and technical decisions (continuous improvement).

• Support the identification, operationalization, and measurement of sales programs targeting new revenue and attrition risk. • Partner closely with aligned EMEA and APAC sales and renewals teams, serving as a reliable resource and point of contact. • Build reports and dashboards to track program performance and surface insights for senior leadership. • Assist in preparing executive-ready presentations summarizing program impact, successes, and opportunities. • Contribute to cross-functional projects representing the Success Plans team and help drive strategy forward. • Navigate time zone complexity and regional nuance to effectively support globally distributed teams.

• Build and maintain data pipelines and processing workflows for geolocation datasets at scale • Work with analytical and relational databases (e.g. ClickHouse, PostgreSQL) - schema design, query optimisation, and integration patterns • Design and develop backend microservices with FastAPI, integrated into a broader event-driven architecture • Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers in a cross-functional setup - contributing to product decisions, not just implementation • Write clean, production-grade Python with attention to code quality, testability, and maintainability • Use AI-assisted tools actively throughout your daily workflow and contribute to building AI agents and multi-agent systems that cut the time it takes our users to reach critical insights

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Rust • Work with other engineers to architect and implement modular, well-structured solutions across workspace crates (model, domain, data, service) • Build gRPC services for inter-service communication • Build and optimize data access layers for relational, time-series and graph databases • Work in an agile team environment with daily stand ups, and weekly agile meetings • Engage in code reviews of your teammates' work • Communicate directly with the client to give demonstrations and receive feedback • Contribute to observability and monitoring using Tracing and OpenTelemetry
