• Build and optimize Klaviyo email, SMS, and multi-channel campaigns • Develop automated flows such as Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back campaigns • Create personalized customer experiences through segmentation and dynamic content • Integrate Klaviyo with Shopify and other ecommerce platforms using APIs and webhooks • Monitor campaign performance and improve engagement, conversion, and revenue metrics • Ensure email deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

• Responsible for monitoring, support, administration, and troubleshooting of telecommunications and corporate network environments, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the data communication infrastructure, with a focus on Fortinet solutions.

• Develop and optimize T-SQL queries • Analyze execution plans and implement performance improvements • Create and maintain indexes and tuning strategies • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments • Work with SQL Server 2016–2022, including Query Store and Intelligent Query Processing • Operate on high-volume transactional systems • Implement partitioning, archiving, and data purge strategies • Use monitoring tools such as SSMS and Query Store • Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient application-to-database integration.

• Define EY Fabric AI reference architectures covering AI Factory, OpenAI integrations, GenAI workloads, model orchestration, agentic patterns, retrieval-based approaches, deployment, evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle management • Create repeatable AI design patterns for common post-sales scenarios such as GenAI application onboarding, secure model access, prompt orchestration, RAG-style solution patterns, evaluation workflows, telemetry, and operational controls • Develop AI accelerators including architecture blueprints, starter kits, integration templates, deployment patterns, evaluation frameworks, monitoring patterns, reusable prompts, configuration guidance, and handoff packs • Partner with AI Product, Engineering, Security, Risk, and Reliability teams to align post-sales patterns with platform roadmap and governance expectations

• Extensive experience in Java/JEE and Selenium - Automation • Continuous API validation and integration • Skilled in IDEs such as JBoss Developer Studio and IntelliJ • Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot • Proficient in building observability dashboards and metrics using Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Prometheus • Working knowledge of cloud technologies including Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes
