Duties and Responsibilities: Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Collect, input, and analyze schedule information quickly and reliably - Generate forecasts, variance reports, and other documentation used to monitor and manage projects. - Research and reports on various external and internal factors that may impact project success. - Evaluates current processes and recommends changes to improve efficiency of scheduling of projects. - Report schedule variances and concerns to project managers and the Director of Project Controls - Attends and/or establishes department planning meetings with stakeholders throughout the company to build relationships and ensure proper schedule inputs - Familiarize themselves with engineering, construction, and procurement processes in order to provide helpful inputs, feedback, and review of schedule durations and logic - Proactively seek schedule and risk information that may impact the project timeline Requirements - Degree in scientific, construction or business field preferred - 2+ years of prior project or construction scheduling experience.
