Als Logistik-Prozess-Tester (m/w/d) erhältst du die Möglichkeit, unsere Logistikprozesse aus einer praxisnahen Perspektive zu erleben und wertvolle Einblicke in die Abläufe eines internationalen Logistikunternehmens zu gewinnen. - Durchführung von Testbestellungen über vorgegebene Systeme oder Online-Shops - Beobachtung und Analyse des gesamten Lieferprozesses (Bestellung bis Zustellung) - Überprüfung von Lieferzeiten, Sendungsverfolgung und Zustellqualität - Kontrolle der Verpackung sowie des Zustands der gelieferten Ware - Dokumentation von Auffälligkeiten, Fehlern oder Verzögerungen - Testen von Retourenprozessen und Bewertung der Abwicklung - Erstellung kurzer, strukturierter Feedbackberichte (inkl. Fotos bei Bedarf) - Weitergabe von Verbesserungsvorschlägen zur Optimierung der Logistikabläufe Qualifications - Zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise - Gute Beobachtungsgabe und Auge fürs Detail - Fähigkeit, Abläufe strukturiert zu dokumentieren - Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Smartphone und Apps - Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Einhalten von Vorgaben - Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Logistik, E-Commerce oder Testing von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich - Flexibilität für kurzfristige Einsätze

• Support daily quality operations to ensure timely execution of QA deliverables for product release, documentation, samples, quality records, and certification programs. • Assist with the collection, review, organization, and maintenance of documentation and samples required for product certifications, customer requests, audits, and regulatory support. • Maintain quality databases, trackers, and shared records to support accurate reporting, traceability, and inspection readiness. • Provide practical quality guidance to business partners while balancing compliance requirements, business needs, and risk-based decision-making.

• Design, develop, execute and maintain automated test suites for web, cloud, desktop and/or mobile applications • Create, execute and maintain manual test cases for scenarios not suitable for automation • Contribute to an "automation-first" testing strategy by identifying opportunities to improve coverage, reliability and execution time • Collaborate with developers, product managers and QA team members to clarify requirements and define testing approaches • Validate new features through a combination of automated tests and exploratory/manual testing • Analyze test results, log defects and work with development teams to support resolution • Monitor automation execution results in CI/CD pipelines and act on failures • Provide regular updates on progress, risks and improvement suggestions to the QA Lead

Role Description Profissional de nível PL/SR que atua com Testes. Irá atuar na modalidade remoto.
