• Design, develop, execute and maintain automated test suites for web, cloud, desktop and/or mobile applications • Create, execute and maintain manual test cases for scenarios not suitable for automation • Contribute to an "automation-first" testing strategy by identifying opportunities to improve coverage, reliability and execution time • Collaborate with developers, product managers and QA team members to clarify requirements and define testing approaches • Validate new features through a combination of automated tests and exploratory/manual testing • Analyze test results, log defects and work with development teams to support resolution • Monitor automation execution results in CI/CD pipelines and act on failures • Provide regular updates on progress, risks and improvement suggestions to the QA Lead

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including timelines, scope, resources, risks and quality • Maintain open and transparent communication between Remsoft teams and client stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle • Develop, document and maintain project plans, policies and procedures that support consistent execution • Coordinate and direct the project’s day-to-day activities, ensuring adherence to approved plans and schedules • Analyze and evaluate change requests to scope, schedule or budget, assessing impacts before presenting to the client • Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting progress, milestones, risks and mitigation plans • Conduct status meetings and project review sessions to address issues, assess progress and support decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional Remsoft teams and client partners to deliver high-quality products and outcomes • Lead project risk management and quality initiatives, proactively identifying and resolving issues • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement
