• Build and maintain recurring reports across key operational and financial metrics • Support portfolio-level and market-level views for internal stakeholders • Field data requests from operations teams and translate business questions into structured analysis and clear findings • Help scope what is answerable with available data and communicate results to non-technical audiences • Maintain and develop data models that support external client reporting needs • Collaborate with client-facing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Participate in client meetings and recurring syncs to stay aligned on priorities and build context around how partners interact with data
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience writing SQL in a professional or project setting
- Experience working with at least one data visualization or BI platform (Sigma Computing preferred)
- Comfortable translating loosely defined business questions into structured analytical approaches
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and flag clockers proactively in a fully remote environment
- Nice-to-Have: Experience with Snowflake (our primary data warehouse)
- Familiarity with dbt for data modeling and transformation
- Background in property management, real estate, or proptech
