• Lead simultaneous projects and workstreams across integrated media for client campaigns, developing and managing timelines and budgets, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. • Establish, manage, and maintain solid relationships with clients through frequent communication and clear expectation-setting. • Anticipate and proactively address client needs, evaluating implications for strategy, execution, and overall business impact. • Manage development of project briefs. • Contribute a strategic point of view to help enhance creative ideas. • Review deliverables against briefs and client requests/revisions. • Seeks to make contributions beyond basic job requirements.
Job Requirements
- Four years of agency experience in account management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, juggling multiple deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of video production, digital, social, and the integrated campaign development process.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong creative instincts.
- Creative thinker and excellent problem-solver who can resourcefully and constructively respond to new demands, priorities, challenges, or obstacles.
- Business acumen and comfort discussing marketing and business needs that go beyond advertising.
- Nice to Have: Category/industry knowledge.
