Role Description - Act as Application Architect and Functional Consultant for ERP/MES Industry Package implementations - Translate complex business requirements into functional system solutions across Tier-2 ERP/MES platforms - Lead configuration, integration, and optimization of enterprise packaged applications - Support end-to-end delivery including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and stabilization - Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to align system capabilities with business outcomes - Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements and system enhancements - Ensure effective integration of ERP/MES solutions within broader enterprise architectures Qualifications - Strong functional expertise in ERP/MES Industry Packages - Hands-on experience with Infor (BaaN, Lawson), IFS, Apriso FlexNet, Maconomy, Notes/Domino, and BPCS - Deep understanding of business process mapping within manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments - Experience with system integration and enterprise application landscapes - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills - Ability to operate effectively in remote, client-facing consulting environments Requirements - Significant experience in ERP/MES functional consulting or application architecture roles - Proven delivery experience with Tier-2 ERP platforms in complex enterprise environments - Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial clients strongly preferred Education - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
