Role Description A Sr. Corporate Travel Advisor is responsible for delivering high-touch, end-to-end travel management services for executives and corporate clients, often handling complex domestic and international itineraries. This role requires advanced expertise in global travel logistics, fare construction, and travel technology, along with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive, consultative solutions. - Process air, rail, car, and chauffeured transportation bookings for domestic, international, and group travel with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. - Utilize company-supported tools and systems, including GDS, Booking Builder, Groundspan, rate desks, disruption dashboards, omnichannel communication platforms, and online booking tools. - Ensure compliance with corporate and account-specific travel policies. - Maintain strict confidentiality while adhering to security and PCI standards. - Interpret and validate fare quotes using multiple sources, including GDS, online platforms, and consolidators. - Promote preferred vendors and support account-specific travel programs. - Stay current on industry trends, vendor updates, and new travel products. - Meet and maintain service level agreement (SLA) standards, including response time, quality, and proper use of profiles and quality control systems. - Consistently achieve a benchmark of 200+ transactions per month. - Complete required annual training and maintain professional development standards. - Deliver exceptional, value-added customer service and document contributions. - Maintain professionalism in all client and team interactions. - Requires a minimal amount of travel. Role Description The Executive Travel Advisor will provide dedicated, high-touch, and elite travel services for the CEO of a key account. This role is strictly for an exceptionally experienced advisor comfortable working with C-Suite and executive administrators and capable of managing complex, global logistics in a fast-paced environment where high-stakes decision-making and composure under extreme pressure are daily requirements. Supporting the CEO and executive administrator of a leading biotech firm, this position demands the management of a highly volatile international schedule. Frequent, last-minute changes are the norm, necessitating precise coordination with internal executives and critical stakeholders across multiple time zones. As a Non-Exempt role, this position operates within the defined schedule, with after-hours coverage handled by our internal team; however, the ability to work mandatory overtime is required to manage high-stakes, time-sensitive travel logistics and schedule changes. Success requires deep expertise in international corporate travel, mastery of Sabre, and an uncompromising, anticipatory approach to service, given the high-stakes nature of the role. They must have a working knowledge of the company’s technologies associated with corporate travel, such as but not limited to GDS (Sabre preferred), online booking tools, and travel booking software. Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:30AM - 8:00PM ET Responsibilities and Duties: - Efficiently and accurately process air, car, limo, and rail for both domestic and international travel itineraries, group bookings, and all other travel needs. - Working knowledge and usage of all company-supported tools and resources related to corporate travel bookings, such as GDS, Booking Builder, Groundspan, internal and external rate desks, GDSX, Cirium, omnichannel communication system, and online booking tools. - Adhere to company policies as well as account-specific travel policies. - Maintain confidentiality and comply with security and PCI policies. - Interpret fare quotes to include all resources including GDS, internet, and consolidators. - Promote account-specific and/or company preferred vendors. - Keep current of industry knowledge, including industry and vendor updates, changes, and new products. - Understand and maintain established contractual service level agreement goals related to response time and quality of work; consistent usage of quality control product; proper usage of profile information. - Maintain a benchmark of 250 transactions per month. - Meet annual training requirement hours. - Always provide above and beyond customer service and document value adds. - Always maintain professionalism with clients and co-workers. - Requires a minimal amount of travel.
