• Atuar com expansão de receita na base de clientes Clinicorp, garantindo geração de valor contínuo para o cliente e receita para a Clinicorp. • Conduzir reuniões estratégicas, acompanhamentos periódicos e treinamentos online, engajando os clientes de forma proativa e conectando as soluções da Clinicorp aos objetivos de negócio das clínicas. • Atuar no apoio à integração e evolução dos processos de gestão dos clientes dentro da plataforma, promovendo eficiência operacional e maior maturidade de uso das soluções contratadas. • Gerenciar dúvidas, objeções e situações críticas com empatia, clareza e agilidade, transformando desafios em oportunidades de fortalecimento do relacionamento e crescimento da conta. • Participar de eventos online e presenciais, representando a Clinicorp com discurso alinhado à proposta de valor e à estratégia de crescimento da base. • Executar e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos fluxos de comunicação, atendimento e acompanhamento da carteira, buscando eficiência, escala e impacto em receita. • Atuar de forma integrada com as Squads de CRM e Customer Marketing, garantindo alinhamento na execução das estratégias de expansão e entrega de valor ao cliente.
Job Requirements
- Ensino superior completo em Comunicação, Gestão, Odontologia ou áreas correlatas.
- Vivência sólida em Customer Success ou Experiência do Cliente, com domínio de metodologias de CS.
- Vivência com gestão e relacionamento com clínicas odontológicas será considerada um diferencial relevante.
- Habilidades esperadas
- Visão estratégica e capacidade de influenciar mudanças em níveis operacionais.
- Alta adaptabilidade e resiliência para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e sob pressão.
- Forte capacidade de resolução de problemas complexos e análise crítica.

• Provide exceptional service to Wholesalers and Corporate Accounts by ensuring quality responses to the flow of incoming calls and orders • Support the Business Development sales team with their account requests • Process and set up inventory for accounts • Provide administrative and data integrity assistance • Set Up Sub-Accounts for Wholesale clients • Participate in the weekly team meetings and provide feedback/suggestions for improvement • Process Orders for Wholesalers and Corporate accounts • Process dropship and EDI orders for Wholesale and Corporate accounts • Verify inventory in stock & provide tracking details for orders • Follow up on shipping or FedEx discrepancies • Advise Wholesale accounts on any delays and issues with their orders • Record all customer complaints, enter a formal complaint into Master Control and follow up with the Quality Control department when needed • Enter Return Authorizations and request appropriate paperwork • Submit credits to be issued for clients and Wholesale accounts
