We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead – Innovative Channels to identify, launch, and scale new customer acquisition channels. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who loves building: - Exploring uncharted channels — from insurance affiliates and direct mail to emerging platforms like AppLovin and Reddit. - Turning early signals into scalable growth engines. - Shaping the expansion roadmap and influencing company strategy. You will work directly with the VP of Growth and the executive team, with significant CEO visibility and real influence over where Jerry grows next. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with meaningful exposure across multiple channels (paid social, affiliates, direct mail, emerging platforms, or similar). - Consulting background (ideally MBB or equivalent) preferred. - Strong foundational understanding of core marketing levers — bidding, targeting, creative, and landing page optimization. - Strong quantitative analytical ability working with full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality). - Genuine creative acumen — ability to partner effectively with designers and copywriters. - Excited about applying AI tools and agents to accelerate marketing work. - Curiosity and resourcefulness — energized by channels and problems you haven't fully solved before. - Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with an ownership mentality. Requirements - Own end-to-end channel expansion: research, prioritize, launch, and iterate across a diverse mix of paid and partnership-based channels. - Shape the innovative channel roadmap — identifying the highest-potential opportunities. - Apply strong marketing fundamentals — audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative development, and landing page optimization. - Pioneer the adoption of AI agents in marketing operations. - Design and execute rigorous experiments: form hypotheses, define success metrics, run tests, interpret results, and scale what works. - Analyze performance across full-funnel metrics and translate data into clear strategic recommendations. - Partner closely with product, data, and creative teams to build the infrastructure and assets that make new channels succeed.
