Role Description Smartsheet is looking for a Project Manager to join our global Corporate Responsibility team. Based in Bengaluru, you will be a key operational driver, supporting both our global initiatives and local India-specific programs. You will sit at the intersection of data management, global project coordination, and local community impact, ensuring our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Inclusion work is tracked, measured, and executed with excellence. This role reports to the VP, Corporate Responsibility. What You’ll Do - Project Management: Manage multiple complex workstreams across the CSR and Inclusion functions, moving projects from ambiguity to execution while maintaining a high degree of organizational rigor. - Global Operations & Tracking: Serve as the primary administrator for our global Employee Resource Group (ERG) and volunteer program tracking tools. Maintain consistent outreach to ERG leads and volunteer coordinators to ensure high-quality data input, program visibility, and operational support across both initiatives. - Smartsheet Solutions: Act as the team’s subject matter expert for Smartsheet, building and maintaining the sheets, reports, and dashboards that power our global metrics and impact reporting. - India CSR & Inclusion: Support Bengaluru-specific volunteerism and inclusion efforts, helping to grow Smartsheet's footprint and employee experience in the region. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with global teams and local Bengaluru-based employees, balancing the tactical needs of the business with a deep understanding of the employee volunteer experience. Qualifications - High proficiency in Smartsheet (or a similar project management system) is core to this role. - Proven ability to track and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Previous experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or Inclusion. - An understanding of the global corporate landscape and the ability to grow with the role as it evolves. - A "doer" mentality with the ability to navigate the complexity of a global business while showing compassion for the employee volunteers who drive our programs. - Exposure to or knowledge of Section 135 of the Companies Act 2013 (India’s CSR law) is a significant advantage. - A mix of tactical execution and analytical data management, with the comfort level to operate effectively when processes are still being defined.
