Job Description

Sales Operations Analyst – Night Shifts

Rubrik, Inc.

• Support the sales teams with CRM operations including quoting, account ownership transfers, opportunity updates and other critical functions • Facilitate system access for sales representatives through established onboarding & offboarding processes (SFDC, Clari, Tableau, etc.) • Work with cross-functional teams (Order Mgmt., Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Management and Product Ops.) to drive accurate and timely reporting and communication • Serve as the Field Sales point of contact for general inquiries and process guidance • Support the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews • Take ownership of ad hoc projects that improve efficiency and sales productivity

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Sales Operations or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) CPQ, Clari, and Advanced Excel
  • Prior experience with quote building, pricing, & operational support for large customer segments or business units
  • Experience in structuring problems, taking initiative and following through with strong execution
  • Strong experience with managing large datasets via Excel
  • Strong people skills: Ability to develop relationships, drive consensus, and results from cross-functional teams
  • Passionate and motivated to make a massive impact and work hard in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize through sound judgement
  • Proactive, creative, and flexible
  • High-energy, company first approach, and consistently positive attitude.
