• Available to teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams on Monday and Tuesday every week • Plan and organize instruction in ways that maximize virtual student learning and engagement • Modify, where appropriate, instructional methods and strategies to meet diverse student’s needs • Employ appropriate teaching and learning strategies to communicate subject matter to students • Possess thorough and accurate knowledge of Service Now workflow deployment. • Collaborate with colleagues, attend meetings and academic initiatives for overall program improvement • Stay current in their subject matter through professional development, involvement in professional organizations, and attending meetings, conferences, or workshops • Design, update, and align course materials with college standards for adult learners • Develop hands-on labs, assessments, and other course materials, while evaluating their effectiveness • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards for instructional quality and education

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Preferred degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Organizational Management, or related Technology and/or Business Administration fields.
  • Official transcripts of the bachelor's degree must be provided
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience working with ServiceNow or two years of ServiceNow administration experience and one year of IT Service Management experience.
  • Preferred Industry Certifications not limited to ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Application Specialist, ServiceNow Systems Administrator, or ServiceNow Implementor.
  • Prior experience in curriculum development and instructional design for college-level courses is preferred
  • Preferred experience in Canvas, Moodle, Cornerstone, Blackboard, Saba, Chamilo or iSpring.
  • Demonstrated expertise and knowledge in using the functions and features of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities - Possess expert level technical knowledge of multiple ITSM or CRM systems, applications, or modules, and of the business processes associated with those systems or applications. - Escalation resource for assigned systems; serve as the primary technical contact for vendors of assigned systems; participate in strategic planning related to assigned systems. - Develop and manage workflows, playbooks, and other documentation required to support and sustain assigned systems and associated processes. - Direct and manage the implementation of configuration changes to provide proper functionality of assigned systems; coordinate and perform, as needed, routine testing to validate that assigned systems are working as designed. - Provide expert level technical advice regarding assigned systems to other IT personnel; guide the creation, execution, and management of a strategic roadmap for assigned systems which ensures best practices and standards are followed. - Consult with and direct the business in optimizing the use of assigned systems and associated workflows. Stay up to date with the latest system features and enhancements, recommending and implementing improvements. - Serve as the Technical Product Owner of assigned systems.
