• Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for clients, leading conversations related to timelines, budget, risks, and delivery health. • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and navigating complex discussions. • Facilitate planning sessions and alignment workshops to ensure shared understanding of milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments. • Provide transparent reporting on budget tracking, cost variance, and project health indicators. • Partner closely with Product Managers to ensure scope clarity while maintaining delivery predictability. • Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through launch. • Own budget monitoring, resource alignment, and financial tracking throughout the engagement lifecycle. • Identify risks early, articulate impact, and drive timely mitigation strategies. • Guide cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Architecture) through Agile delivery frameworks. • Ensure consistent execution of Scrum ceremonies and delivery best practices. • Champion continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies across engagements. • Contribute to strengthening Orium’s delivery maturity and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or client-facing consulting roles within professional services environments.
  • Demonstrated success delivering design and development projects — ideally within eCommerce, retail technology, or digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience managing timelines, budgets, risk registers, and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Confident leading client-facing discussions, including challenging conversations around scope, timelines, and budget impact.
  • Proven experience working with US or Canadian clients, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and modern product development environments.
  • Ability to balance structure and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving project environments.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English — written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, headless architecture, retail POS/OMS systems, or enterprise digital transformation is an asset.
