Qualifications: - 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including managing teams and large-scale marketing functions. - Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing, brand leadership, messaging strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills. - Experience supporting fundraising, program marketing, healthcare, nonprofit, or multi‑site operations preferred. - Master’s degree or commensurate experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required. - Valid Driver’s License with acceptable record required. Role Description Fraser is looking for Case Managers to work with individuals on the CADI/BI & DD waivers. Case Managers serve as an advocate to Fraser clients and connect clients to resources and services within the community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion for clients and commitment to success.
