• Shape the end-to-end experience: Define and drive design strategy across the full client journey, as well as the systems that support stylists • Advance AI-powered experiences: Integrate AI into core journeys to enable more visual, personalized, and interactive experiences. • Drive product evolution: Identify and deliver high-impact opportunities that move the experience forward, balancing foundational improvements with new ideas and approaches • Lead and develop the team: Manage and coach designers, setting a high bar for craft, product thinking, and execution • Influence cross-functional direction: Shape priorities, align roadmaps, and drive execution in close partnership with cross-functional leaders
Job Requirements
- You have 8–12+ years designing consumer products, with 2–4+ years leading teams
- You have extensive experience owning complex, end-to-end product areas in consumer or marketplace environments
- You possess strong product thinking paired with excellent design craft
- You have the ability to define direction in ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces
- You have experience guiding teams while actively shaping work and outcomes
- You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence across teams and levels
- You have experience applying AI, ML and personalization to product experiences.
