Motions Design Lead

• Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for UK marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising • Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with UK brand objectives • Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion outputs • Elevate design quality through experimentation, art direction, and storytelling • Work closely with UK Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content • Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for UK projects • Partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content • Present design concepts to stakeholders clearly and persuasively • Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, ensuring efficiency and technical excellence • Develop reusable templates and motion design systems to streamline production • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative innovation with timely delivery • Troubleshoot animation, rendering, or visual effects issues to maintain quality • Stay at the forefront of UK and global motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools • Experiment with advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats • Continuously push creative boundaries to set new benchmarks for BJAK’s UK brand
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus)
- Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
- Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work

As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with product owners and researchers to discover and define product opportunities and then deliver solutions through iterative prototyping and testing.
