Role Description We are looking for an Appointment Setter to take charge of the outbound sales process for our fast growing digital marketing team. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting prospects, developing relationships, and generating appointments with potential customers. As a valued member of our team, you will build a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, creating new opportunities, managing leads, and expanding existing customer relationships using CRM and lead generation tools. To be successful in this role, you should have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and previous experience developing leads and exceeding sales quotas. If you are energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close appointments and skyrocket revenue, we’d like to meet you. - Research prospects and gather data for sales campaigns - Connect with your prospects by calling, emailing, texting and social messaging - Generate leads through targeted cold outreach and automated email sequences - Perform targeted phone-based outreach and follow-up - Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients - Update and track progress in CRM and lead management system - Log sales activities and keep up-to-date notes on all prospects Qualifications - Superior written and verbal communication skills - Customer-focused attitude with strong relationship building skills - Excellent interpersonal communication skills - Advanced telephone communication skills - Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail - Experience with solution selling and objection handling techniques - Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely - Previous work experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center - Adaptable, dynamic and charismatic personality - University degree or college diploma preferably in business, marketing or sales - Full-time availability from M-F 8am-4pm MST (UTC -7)

Role Description To drive $100,000- $200,000 new business revenue monthly by generating conversations with NEW potential clients (lead generation) and recouping and re-setting leads who didn’t initially close (follow-up). - Outcomes/KPIs: - $100,000 - $150,000 in NEW business revenue monthly (minimum). - Generate 60-100 calls per month (approx 3-5 / day) through organic & outbound marketing methods. - 20% minimum “live call” closing ratio. - Daily execution of team & administrative tasks: - Morning Huddles via Zoom. - End of Day report. - Update your projections, tracking sheets, and CRM. Compensation - Estimated OTE: $66,000 Yearly ($5500/month). - Base/Draw for this position is $2K per month. - Commission: - 3.3% sale for Starter Associate ($30,000) sales generated from your sets: - $1,000 if full price. - Setter will receive 3.3% of any installment payments if on a payment plan, and will collect as the company does. - 3% Bonus for Immersion Associate ($50,000) sales generated from your sets: - $1,500 if full price. - Setter will receive 3% of any installment payments if on a payment plan, and will collect as the company does. - 2% Bonus for High Six Associate ($100,000) sales generated from your sets (30,50,100k offers): - $2,000 if full price. - Setter will receive 2% of any installment payments if on a payment plan, and will collect as the company does. - $250 of all sales generated from your sets for Apprentice ($1500). - If any refunds, the amount will be credited towards the next bonus. Pay Schedule - Commissions will be received based upon the exact amount of money collected up front and will be paid out biweekly. - Any sales prior to Friday at Midnight EST will be processed after approval for following paycheck. - Expected Earnings: - If you set 3-5 strategy calls per day, 15-25 sets per week. - If the closer closes 20% of all sets, 3-5 closes per week. - Our products range from $1,000 - $100,000. - You should expect $3,000 - $7,000 in commissions per month. - This is a full-time, 40 hours/week position. - You will have the freedom to make your own schedule, with enough open calendar space to hit 3-5 sets per day. - Be available to communicate through Slack 8am-6am EST daily. - This position is remote, so you’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere.
