Role Description We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for professionals experienced in career coaching, resume development, interview preparation, tutoring, instructional design, study planning, and structured learning support workflows. This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured career guidance, learning workflow review, resume and interview preparation, study planning, documentation review, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their career development or learning expertise to review realistic scenarios, prepare structured written outputs, evaluate source materials, and support accurate, evidence-based career and learning tasks. Key Responsibilities - Career Materials & Resume Review - Review career-related scenarios involving resumes, work history, job descriptions, keyword alignment, and structured application materials. - Support resume tailoring workflows based on provided source materials, role requirements, and documented candidate background. - Evaluate whether resume claims, skills, and experience details align with verified work history. - Prepare clear written outputs for career materials using structured criteria and source-based review. - Interview Preparation & Career Planning - Review interview preparation materials involving STAR, CARL, competency-based questions, and role-specific preparation frameworks. - Support structured development of interview examples based on verified background files and target role requirements. - Evaluate question preparation, competency coverage, and interview response structure against defined criteria. - Prepare step-by-step reasoning for career planning and interview preparation decisions. - Study Planning & Learning Support - Review study planning scenarios involving exam dates, available study hours, content coverage, and learning constraints. - Support creation or evaluation of structured study plans, learning summaries, tutoring materials, and content review outputs. - Assess whether learning materials are accurate, complete, and aligned with provided source content. - Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted work. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in career coaching, resume writing, interview preparation, tutoring, instructional design, academic advising, learning support, or related professional services. - Experience with one or more areas such as ATS-optimized resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, interview preparation, study plan development, tutoring workflows, or standardized exam preparation. - Familiarity with interview frameworks such as STAR, CARL, competency-based interviewing, behavioral interview preparation, or similar approaches. - Comfort reading and preparing career or learning artifacts such as tailored resumes, interview prep packets, study plans, content summaries, learning outlines, or coaching materials. - Strong written communication skills and ability to explain reasoning clearly. - Ability to follow structured instructions and produce evidence-based work. Requirements - A degree or professional background in education, counseling, career development, human resources, instructional design, psychology, communications, business, or a related field is helpful. - Equivalent practical experience in career coaching, resume writing, tutoring, academic advising, or learning support workflows is also highly relevant. Nice to Have - Experience with ATS optimization, resume screening, LinkedIn profile review, or career transition support. - Experience preparing candidates for behavioral interviews, competency interviews, or technical/non-technical hiring processes. - Familiarity with standardized exam preparation, academic tutoring, curriculum design, or instructional content development. - Experience creating structured study plans, learning summaries, or coaching documentation. - Strong attention to detail in writing-heavy and documentation-based workflows.
