• Lead Impact Analyses to identify stakeholders, workflow changes, and engagement strategies • Assess client communication/training environments and develop adoption plans aligned to project goals • Build and execute project plans in collaboration with client teams • Create communication assets (emails, newsletters, presentations), managing approvals, translations, and delivery tracking • Develop and validate training materials (ServiceNow paths, videos, guides, Knowledge Articles) with technical teams • Coordinate and/or deliver training with L&D; track completion and effectiveness • Maintain reusable OCM assets and support scalable processes • Manage OCM lifecycle; support large-scale transformations alongside OCM Leads • Monitor adoption metrics to drive reinforcement strategies and support ROI evaluation
Job Requirements
- Organizational change management experience or strong ability to assess team dynamics and change impact
- Familiarity with impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, translating technical requirements
- Data-driven, with experience analyzing adoption metrics (usage, surveys)
- Instructional design and strong written communication skills
- Comfortable facilitating training or partnering with L&D teams
- High emotional intelligence; able to anticipate resistance and change fatigue
- 2+ years in client-facing roles managing expectations and deliverables
- Project management experience (cross-functional coordination, approvals, deadlines)
- Adaptable across independent work and large-scale transformation support
- Experience with AI/content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Scribe, Snagit, video editing) a plus

While exact responsibilities will vary from school to school, you may assist in classrooms, serve and supervise mealtimes, and support the overall operations of the school. We are actively hiring for the role of Assistant Teacher (Float) to support our preschools in South Florida with an expected start date of August 2026: SCHEDULES, BENEFITS, AND COMPENSATION - This is a part-time, non-exempt/hourly position requiring a minimum of 25 hours per week, with occasional opportunities to work additional hours based on school needs. - You will work a five-hour shift, Monday through Friday, totaling 25 hours per week. Role Description Reading Apprenticeship Essentials provides an introduction to the Reading Apprenticeship framework and its impact on student motivation and achievement, with an emphasis on participants’ practicing Reading Apprenticeship routines in the classroom. Reading Apprenticeship Essentials professional learning is facilitated both in person and digitally. Online facilitators are responsible for guiding participants through the learning experience during synchronous video calls, responding thoughtfully and timely to participant posts in Canvas, sensing and responding to individual and group needs, and modeling best practices as an online facilitator.
