Role Description Join Flexion’s influencer marketing department specializing in the mobile gaming industry, as an Influencer Relations Manager. We're at the forefront of connecting top game publishers and brands with influential social media content creators on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok. If you are ready to make an impact and contribute to setting new trends, we look forward to welcoming you to our vibrant team. - Managing processes of standard influencer marketing campaigns under the IRM & Research Department scope, including creator list finalization, contract negotiation, content scheduling, and delivery tracking. - Proactively negotiating deals and securing terms with mid-tier creators and talent representatives to achieve favorable terms and budget optimization. - Serving as the primary internal contact for Account Managers regarding the day-to-day execution status of assigned campaigns. - Conducting quality checks and providing direct feedback on outreach lists and initial research prepared by Working Students. - Independently troubleshooting operational issues and campaign delays (e.g., content revisions, communication breakdowns) before escalating to the Team Lead. - Maintaining detailed, real-time records of all campaign progress, assets, and budget usage in the internal management system. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management. - Strong understanding of social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with influencers. - Proven track record of successfully executing influencer marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
