Role Description The Lease Data Quality Specialist ensures the accuracy, compliance, and completeness of resident lease files within the Entrata property management system. This role is responsible for reviewing audit findings, correcting discrepancies, and maintaining clean, compliant data that supports smooth operations, accurate reporting, and a positive resident experience. Main Responsibilities - Review lease file audit reports to identify missing, inaccurate, or non-compliant information. - Make required data corrections directly in Entrata, including lease terms, charges, concessions, resident information, documents, and compliance fields. - Upload, update, and organize lease documents to ensure files meet company and regulatory standards. - Communicate with onsite teams, auditors, and managers to clarify discrepancies or gather missing information if needed. - Verify that all corrections meet internal policies. - Track and document all corrections made to maintain transparency and audit readiness. - Monitor recurring issues and provide feedback to improve leasing processes and reduce future errors. - Assist with quality control checks to confirm that corrected files are complete and accurate. - Support audit cycles by prioritizing time-sensitive corrections. Qualifications - Experience working with property management systems, including leasing, resident management, accounting, or document management modules. - Strong understanding of lease agreements, addenda, and standard property management documentation. - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to interpret audit findings and translate them into actionable corrections. - Strong communication skills for collaborating with onsite teams and auditors. - Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple files simultaneously. - Basic understanding of compliance requirements in residential property management. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in property management, leasing, compliance, or audit support. - Familiarity with other property management systems or document workflows.
