Creator Marketing Associate
Weekday (YC W21)
Role Description This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. You will be responsible for overseeing our complete social media and content operations on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Channels, Quora, and Reddit. The most thrilling aspect of this role is developing and managing a network of UK student creators who will serve as the ambassadors of our content strategy. What you'll actually do: - Recruit and manage 4-6 UK university student creators. - Coordinate weekly content production. - Work with our in-house editor to maintain brand voice across all creators. - Plan and post across all our social channels using AI tools heavily. - Track what's working, kill what's not, scale what converts. Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in social media or content marketing at a D2C, EdTech or creator-economy brand. - Experience working with creators or influencers. - Understanding of AI tools (Claude, Captions, Opus Clip, etc.) and daily usage. - Ability to think in terms of conversion and reach, not vanity metrics. - Capability to self-direct and execute without hand-holding. Requirements - Hungry and AI-fluent. - Comfortable running their own playbook with strategic input from the founder. Benefits - Building something from scratch, not maintaining what someone else built. - Direct working relationship with the founder. - Genuine ownership of the awareness function. - Your work directly impacts revenue, not just engagement metrics. The honest stuff This is a remote role, founder-led, fast-paced, with a small team that values execution over politics. If you want a corporate ladder, this isn't it. If you want to actually build something that becomes a moat for the company, we should talk. Must have Skills - Content Marketing - Social Media Marketing Good to have Skills - Digital Strategy
