Role Description You will lead the visual storytelling for our luxury developments, translating architectural concepts and marketing strategies into stunning print and digital assets. From project brochures to high-impact digital campaigns, you will be the guardian of our visual identity. - Conceptualize and design premium marketing collateral, including project brochures, floor plans, fact sheets, and OOH hoarding designs. - Create high-end digital assets for social media, email campaigns, website banners, and performance marketing. - Retouch and enhance architectural 3D renders, lifestyle photography, and property videos to meet our luxury standards. - Ensure absolute brand consistency and visual excellence across all internal and external materials. - Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Development teams, as well as external agencies and print vendors. - Oversee print production processes, ensuring color accuracy and premium material selection. Qualifications - 2-3 years of proven graphic design experience, specifically with a Real Estate Developer in the UAE. - Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a strong advantage. - An exceptional portfolio showcasing luxury real estate projects, premium typography, and sophisticated layout design. - Strong understanding of print production techniques, digital formats, and social media trends. - Ability to work efficiently under tight launch deadlines without compromising on quality.
