Role Description We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Admin/Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud to support the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will work closely with the Solution Architect to deliver secure, high-performing configurations and customizations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across administration, development, integrations, and automation, ensuring seamless execution of business processes. Key Responsibilities - Implement Salesforce solutions aligned with architecture and design guidelines - Configure and manage Sales Cloud features including Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, and Territory Management - Design and build Flows (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Screen Flows) for business process automation - Develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Configure Salesforce security model — OWD, roles, sharing rules, permission sets, and field-level security - Build and support integrations with external systems (e.g., NetSuite) using REST APIs, Named Credentials, and OAuth - Configure and support DocuSign AppExchange integration (templates, envelopes, workflows) - Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and Lightning pages - Ensure adherence to governor limits and implement bulk-safe coding practices - Support data migration activities — data import, cleansing, deduplication, and validation - Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, demos) - Provide UAT support including defect resolution and deployment readiness - Maintain technical documentation for configurations and releases - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions Qualifications - 8+ years of Salesforce experience (Admin and Developer roles) - Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations - Expertise in Salesforce Flow and decision-making between Flow vs Apex - Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (OWD, roles, sharing rules, permission sets) - Experience with Salesforce integrations: - REST APIs - Named Credentials - Connected Apps - OAuth 2.0 - Hands-on experience with DocuSign for Salesforce or similar e-signature tools - Exposure to ERP integrations such as NetSuite - Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization - Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader and data quality best practices - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Good-to-Have Skills - Salesforce Certifications: - Salesforce Administrator - Platform Developer I / II - Experience with Salesforce Maps or field sales tools - Exposure to mobile-first Salesforce implementations - Domain experience in FMCG, distribution, or field sales - Basic understanding of DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or CI/CD pipelines
