Role Description S&P Global Mobility is seeking a Technical SEO & Content Optimization Specialist to scale organic growth across our digital ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of website performance, technical search, content architecture, analytics, and conversion optimization. The key focus is on website performance & impact. You’ll join a high-performing Digital Marketing Content team and collaborate closely with automotive industry experts spanning vehicle production forecasts, supply chain intelligence, aftermarket trends, and emerging mobility technologies. Your role is to translate deep subject-matter expertise into search-optimized, performance-driven digital experiences. Responsibilities and Impact - SEO-Driven Content Strategy: Own and execute a technical, data-driven SEO content strategy to grow organic traffic, engagement, and lead conversion across key digital web assets. Supporting both organic and paid acquisition channels. - Technical & On-Page SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, search intent mapping, and competitive analysis to inform content creation and optimization. Apply technical SEO best practices (crawlability, internal linking, metadata, structured content) to improve rankings and visibility for priority industry topics. - Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Improve content-driven conversion performance by optimizing page structure, CTAs, and user flows. Collaborate with design, web, and marketing operations teams to align content with UX and conversion best practices. - Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Analyze page-level and site-wide performance metrics—including traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversion rates—across evergreen, campaign, and product content. Use testing frameworks (A/B testing, heatmaps, session recordings) to drive iterative improvements. - Content Architecture & Information Design: Enhance content taxonomy, internal linking strategies, and information architecture to support both SEO performance and intuitive user navigation—ensuring clear paths from discovery to conversion. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team leads from growth marketing, product marketing, paid media, web development, and analytics teams to balance competing priorities while aligning content execution with broader revenue and pipeline goals. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in SEO, technical content optimization, or growth-focused content roles. - Strong hands-on experience with on-page and technical SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog). - Experience analyzing and optimizing content using performance and conversion metrics. - Familiarity with CRO tools such as A/B testing platforms, heatmaps, and session recordings (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg). Requirements - Experience working with AEM Edge Delivery or similar enterprise CMS platforms. - Strong understanding of UX, information architecture, and content-led digital experience design. - Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker, or similar). - Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity, structure, and performance impact. Role Description As a Principal Technical Writer on the Arc team, you will own the strategy and execution of developer-facing documentation that enables builders, developers, and partners to effectively use Circle’s products and services. You will work closely with product, engineering, and Developer Relations to create clear, engaging, and technically accurate content that enhances the developer experience and drives adoption of our products. This role requires a deep understanding of developer experience, strong editorial judgment, and the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible and impactful documentation. • Write, edit, organize, and maintain service documentation for new and commercialized products • Follow established style guides and templates to ensure that documentation is written for easy consumption by international audiences • Ensure that documents are reviewed and approved by the appropriate subject matter experts • Manage all aspects of service documentation administration and delivery, including change management and document control • Organize content for scalability and seamless reuse across digital platforms • Align content strategies with the needs of stakeholders via cross-functional collaboration

• Support program tasks, covering documentation, manuals, user training materials, and ongoing content updates. • Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, system manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational guides. • Create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Produce and maintain end-user training materials, including guides, job aids, knowledge base articles, and instructional content. • Ensure all documentation adheres to federal government documentation standards, including applicable compliance frameworks such as DoD 5015.2 records management standards and 508 compliance on all formal deliverables. • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and SMEs to gather requirements and validate technical accuracy of documentation. • Translate complex technical and system information into structured, accessible content for end users and stakeholders. • Maintain version control and ensure documentation remains current with system updates, releases, and process changes. • Participate in proposal reviews, including grammar editing, technical consistency review, and documentation quality assurance (508 compliance) for federal submissions. • Ensure consistency in tone, formatting, terminology, and branding across all documentation deliverables.
