Role Description S&P Global Mobility is seeking a Technical SEO & Content Optimization Specialist to scale organic growth across our digital ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of website performance, technical search, content architecture, analytics, and conversion optimization. The key focus is on website performance & impact. You’ll join a high-performing Digital Marketing Content team and collaborate closely with automotive industry experts spanning vehicle production forecasts, supply chain intelligence, aftermarket trends, and emerging mobility technologies. Your role is to translate deep subject-matter expertise into search-optimized, performance-driven digital experiences. Responsibilities and Impact - SEO-Driven Content Strategy: Own and execute a technical, data-driven SEO content strategy to grow organic traffic, engagement, and lead conversion across key digital web assets. Supporting both organic and paid acquisition channels. - Technical & On-Page SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, search intent mapping, and competitive analysis to inform content creation and optimization. Apply technical SEO best practices (crawlability, internal linking, metadata, structured content) to improve rankings and visibility for priority industry topics. - Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Improve content-driven conversion performance by optimizing page structure, CTAs, and user flows. Collaborate with design, web, and marketing operations teams to align content with UX and conversion best practices. - Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Analyze page-level and site-wide performance metrics—including traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversion rates—across evergreen, campaign, and product content. Use testing frameworks (A/B testing, heatmaps, session recordings) to drive iterative improvements. - Content Architecture & Information Design: Enhance content taxonomy, internal linking strategies, and information architecture to support both SEO performance and intuitive user navigation—ensuring clear paths from discovery to conversion. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team leads from growth marketing, product marketing, paid media, web development, and analytics teams to balance competing priorities while aligning content execution with broader revenue and pipeline goals. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in SEO, technical content optimization, or growth-focused content roles. - Strong hands-on experience with on-page and technical SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog). - Experience analyzing and optimizing content using performance and conversion metrics. - Familiarity with CRO tools such as A/B testing platforms, heatmaps, and session recordings (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg). Requirements - Experience working with AEM Edge Delivery or similar enterprise CMS platforms. - Strong understanding of UX, information architecture, and content-led digital experience design. - Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker, or similar). - Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity, structure, and performance impact.
