Role Description We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end technical design and delivery oversight for a Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation. This is a critical leadership role, where the Architect defines the entire Phase 1 blueprint, drives key technical decisions, and ensures the solution is scalable, secure, and delivered on time. You will own the integration design with external systems like NetSuite and DocuSign, and act as the final technical authority before go-live. - Own the end-to-end solution architecture, including data model, security model, automation design, and integration patterns. - Define and govern Salesforce security model — OWD, sharing rules, role hierarchy, and permission sets. - Make key technical decisions (TDD) — Flow vs Apex, custom vs standard objects, managed vs unmanaged packages. - Lead NetSuite integration design, including REST API feasibility and territory cache strategy for Phase 1. - Oversee DocuSign AppExchange integration — package setup, template design, and callback workflows. - Review and approve all configurations and customizations (Flows, objects, page layouts, data model). - Identify and mitigate Salesforce governor limit risks, especially for bulk operations and API integrations. - Define and lead data migration strategy — source analysis, field mapping, cleansing, and execution. - Conduct sprint demos, technical walkthroughs, and stakeholder reviews. - Participate in UAT — review defects, guide prioritization, and approve production readiness. - Create and maintain System Configuration Workbook and Admin handover documentation. - Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and direction to Developers and Admins. Qualifications - 12–15 years of overall Salesforce experience, with at least 5+ years as a Solution Architect / Technical Lead. - Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (mandatory). - Certified Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect (preferred). - Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud: - Lead Management - Opportunity Pipeline - Account Lifecycle - Territory Management - Expert-level understanding of Salesforce security model (OWD, roles, sharing rules, permission sets, FLS). - Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow (complex multi-step automation without Apex). - Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations: - REST APIs - Named Credentials - Connected Apps - OAuth 2.0 - Platform Events - Hands-on experience with DocuSign for Salesforce (AppExchange). - Experience designing ERP integrations such as NetSuite (data sync patterns, error handling). - Strong knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and bulk-safe design practices. - Proven experience leading data migration activities (Data Loader, deduplication, validation). - Strong track record of delivering Salesforce projects within tight timelines and Agile environments. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex architecture to non-technical stakeholders.
