Role Description We’re partnering with a company in the SaaS and healthcare technology space to find a Mid-Level Automation Engineer (SDET). In this role, you’ll be on the technical forefront of ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software products. You will design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate closely with test architecture, engineering, product, and UX teams to drive a culture of quality across the organization. What You’ll Do - Implement & Enhance: Translate requirements into robust, maintainable test automation using Python and Robot Framework, expanding existing suites rather than running static tests. - Leverage AI Safely: Utilize AI tools (e.g., Cursor) to increase development velocity, while validating, debugging, and refining all AI-generated code to meet internal standards. - Architecture Stewardship: Build test scenarios using the Page Object Model (POM), ensuring reuse and long-term maintainability. - Pipeline Management: Monitor and debug CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), ensuring test results are actionable and feedback loops are tight.
