Our GC ERC Leadership Team will lean on this person to integrate inputs across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Morale (SQCDM) allowing for timely and visual updates. The successful candidate will manage aspects of program implementation, operations, communications and continuous improvement. At the principal level, this individual will lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders, gather requirements, create processes, and work with internal resources to drive creation of metrics and dashboards. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a strong background working with Power BI, SQL, and Excel. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. We expect this person to be in person on average 1x a week or 4x a month. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above.
